Weekly Ketchup: April 11th 2025

This week’s ketchup: booth work, coffee shops, drawing videos and new products.

Booth Work
I really like my booth redesign from last year, but there are some issues that I ran into. At the end of last year I started thinking about how I could address those issues while keeping the booth concept the same. I’ve been slowly chipping away at the booth refinement this year. The weather was super nice over the weekend, so I took that opportunity to cut down a bunch of wood. The next step is to drill a million holes!

Insomnia Coffee
I set up my art at Insomnia coffee the first week of the month and stopped by the shop on Monday of this week to check on inventory. I’m happy to report that quite a few items have sold. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but people are liking the stickers and enamel pins. I’ll be stopping by every Monday of this month to make sure inventory is good.

New Video
There’s a new drawing video. I recorded this back in February and have been slowly chipping away at the video editing process ever since. I’ve been wanting to be more active on Youtube, but it’s hard to make time for it. Last year I wanted to record more events but kind of hit a wall since every event is so similar. That and the videos haven’t been getting much traction. So, this time around I wanted to keep things simple and not fuss too much with the details. Earrings
I was getting low on my skull earrings earlier this year so I put in a reorder. I took this as an opportunity to get 2 new designs! All 3 earrings arrived so I’ve been going through the batches to quality check. I even have some new backer cards in production too. So, keep an eye out for some new earrings!
