Where are you located?

I operate out of Forest Grove, OR. Most orders are shipped by me. T-Shirts are the one exception as I use a 3rd party to have those produced.

Shirt Orders

Shirts are printed by a third party, so that means shirts will ship separate from other items in the shop. If you order a shirt and an enamel pin for example, both items will ship separately.

Customs/Import Fees for International Orders

Due to changes in the EU and UK, any VAT, taxes or other fees will need to be handled by the customer. If you have questions about those fees, you'll need to contact your local customs office since those fees vary from country to country.  

Payment

I accept PayPal and all major credit cards for all orders. Your information is safe and never stored.

Returns/Exchanges

Contact me within 14 days of delivery. If your items arrive damaged from transit or you are in need of an exchange, please message me: friends@hihellothere.art

Cancelling an Order

For shirt orders, if there is something wrong with your order, please contact me. Otherwise, I am unable to offer order cancellation since the shirt is made to order.
